I am not a graphic designer nor somebody good at drawing or designing anything. I can only draw human stick figures and they couldn’t even be considered decent human stick figures. However, I tried my hand at designing my own logo and here is what I have come up with.
Click on the image to enlarge.
You can see the image of a hut, a traditional symbol of rural Philippines.
The whole color scheme represents the national color, while the green field where the title of the blog is represents my advocacy for clean air and a green Philippines.
You can also see a bike, which is actually the profile of my own bike. I bike to work, and my primary mode of transportation is the bike. I therefore placed it in the center. Only half of it is showing though, because I see my bike as an unfinished affair; it evolves into what I want it to be, but still in the making…What look like bent and wayward spokes represent the wanderlust that has been brewing inside me waiting to come true.
The sun in the roof is what the Philippines is all about: sunny and its inhabitants, hospitable towards all people in the universe.
